1. Who operates NexaMarket
NexaMarket is an independent, single-owner digital publishing storefront operated by Rohit Adhikary in India. It sells original digital educational products owned and published by the operator. It is not a multi-vendor marketplace.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, purchase and delivery details, support correspondence, consent records, and ordinary technical information such as device, browser, IP address and website activity. We do not directly receive or store complete card, bank or wallet credentials.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the website, create checkout sessions, deliver purchases, issue receipts, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, maintain transaction records, improve our products and send marketing messages only where consent has been provided.
4. Payments and service providers
Payments may be processed through Creem, acting as merchant of record, or through another payment provider visibly selected at checkout. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy terms. We may also use Vercel for website hosting and service providers required for email, analytics, file delivery and fraud prevention.
5. Newsletter and communications
Marketing email is sent only after consent. You may unsubscribe using the link in a message or by emailing our support address. Transactional messages needed to complete or support a purchase are not marketing messages.
6. Sharing and international processing
We share only the information reasonably required with payment, hosting, delivery, email, analytics, security and professional-service providers. Information may be processed outside your country where these providers operate. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and security
We retain transaction and tax records for the period required by law and retain other information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or request information about a purchase. Some records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling or other legal obligations.
9. Children
NexaMarket products and services are intended for adults and are not knowingly directed to children under 18.
