1. Seller and storefront
NexaMarket is operated by Rohit Adhikary in India as a single-owner digital publishing storefront. NexaMarket does not host independent vendors or sell third-party seller inventory. Where Creem processes an order as merchant of record, its checkout terms also apply to that transaction.
2. Products and fulfilment
Products are digital eBooks, PDFs, editable workbooks, templates or related downloadable educational resources. The applicable product page states the price, format, approximate page count, included files and expected delivery method. No physical goods are sold.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed before checkout in the stated currency. Taxes, payment methods and final billing details are shown by the payment provider where applicable. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or technical failure.
4. Licence
A completed purchase grants the named buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal learning and internal use in the buyer's own business. You may complete and adapt worksheets for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly, upload to file-sharing services, distribute source files, remove ownership notices, train a commercial dataset on the content, or represent the material as your own.
5. Intellectual property
All NexaMarket products, website text, designs and original resources are owned by Rohit Adhikary unless expressly stated otherwise. References to third-party research or brands remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
6. Educational purpose and results
Products provide general educational information and planning tools. They are not legal, tax, investment, financial or accounting advice, and do not constitute done-for-you consulting. Revenue, audience growth, business success or any other commercial result is not guaranteed.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or delivery, submit malicious code, use false purchase information, infringe intellectual property, or use NexaMarket material for unlawful, deceptive or prohibited activities.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. The payment provider or merchant of record may administer an approved refund.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website and downloads available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaMarket is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or business decisions made from educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the buyer's location.
